Made a couple of quick changes to my blogs here. I added the date to the top of each post, and reformatted some of the text. It’s much easier to track what was written where.

I started working out regularly last week, and boy can I ever feel a difference. My body isn’t nearly as sore as it was last week, but it’s still complaining that I’m doing stuff to it that doesn’t involve putting more ice cream into it.

Gotta work out tomorrow, and I need to stick around late tomorrow as well. PLUS I need to get in early enough to do some work on some Olympic stuff, and I also need to prepare for some more video stuff.

It’s full on nuttyness. That’s it for now, just a quick little “Hi, how’s it going” blog. More to come later.
