I need to get better at keeping my resolutions, so far I’m well under way with a couple of them, but I haven’t posted anything about Business Brain, Constructing a Life, or Belly Off.

So here we go.  This week begins Belly Off with a week 1 weigh in.

Starting Weight: 241lbs

I’m 5lbs up from where I was a year ago, but still 9lbs down from my all time highest weight.

I’m going to get back to the gym full time this week, and that means I need a full time workout again, so every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (or Saturday) I’ll be doing this workout:

My Starting Workout (4 week program):

Workout A:

  • Squat: 130lbs
  • Bench Press: 130lb
  • Deadlift: 90lbs
  • Biceps: 25lbs
  • Lying Vacuum: (core only)

Workout B:

  • Squat: 130lbs
  • Dumbell Press: 25lbs
  • Power Clean: 50lbs
  • Triceps: 20lbs
  • Crunch: (core only)

I’ll add 20 minutes of cardio on there too, and have a full on workout.  This is just to get me back into the habit of going to the gym, once I’ve worked out the aches and pains, rehabbed some nagging injuries, and made the little muscles that stabilize everything work again, I’ll hit the REAL weights.

What I’m eating:

I’m all out of supplements, so this week I’ll have to make a special trip to Spartan for some Greens and Omega 3’s.
